Private Equity Manager Job Description

Pinnacle Fund Services is a leading provider of accounting and administrative services to hedge funds, private equity funds, and other investment funds. We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Manager to join our Valencia team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Review and approve net asset valuations, capital activity, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and workflows, aligning with client needs and Pinnacle's policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and efficiency, implementing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Actively manage staff's time and workload, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in private equity fund administration management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
