Job Description

Pinnacle Fund Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Private Equity Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships, reviewing net asset valuations, and preparing financial statements for larger and more complex clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of client relationships
  • Review net asset valuations performed by fund accountants prior to release to clients and investors
  • Prepare financial statements for larger and more complex clients
  • Manage year-end audits/tax reporting with clients' and independent auditors
  • Coach and train junior staff
  • Actively manage staff's time and workload effectively
Requirements
  • Strong team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to take initiative in a growing entrepreneurial company
  • Prior private equity fund administration management experience or relevant experience in the fund industry
