Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Fund Manager to join our Valencia team. As a key member of our Private Equity Team, you will be responsible for leading the relationship with a portfolio of private equity clients, reviewing client net asset valuations, and contributing to the overall management of Pinnacle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery of services.
- Net Asset Valuation Review: Review and approve net asset valuations performed by fund accountants, including capital activity, general ledger review, cash activity and reconciliations, income and expense review, and investor statement review.
- Staff Management: Actively manage staff's time and workload, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to improve processes, communication, efficiency, and workflow.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes and output are consistent with Pinnacle's policies and procedures and that Pinnacle's control environment is maintained.
Requirements:
- Strong private equity fund administration management experience or experience in the fund industry.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
