About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in Barcelona. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for defining our creative direction and strategy, conceiving and executing campaigns, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Creative Direction and Strategy: Play a critical role in shaping our creative vision and strategy, conceiving and executing campaigns, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life.
  • Support Global Brand and Creative Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of Global Brand and Creative to fully realize industry-shaping creative that will live in long-form film, digital, editorial, and social content.
  • Position Brands for Success: Develop and execute omnichannel creative strategies and next-best-action planning to position our brands as distinct and meaningful in the minds of customers.
  • Partner Across the Company: Develop a deep understanding of our brands' needs and leverage insights to solve strategic problems and evangelize for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results.
  • Lead Creative Teams: Lead and mentor creative teams to develop strategic thinking and creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns and creative work.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Bring a minimum of 8 years of senior creative brand strategy experience in agency or in-house creative studios environments.
  • Global Cultural Impact Brands: Have experience working with global cultural-impact brands and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
  • Branded Content Storytelling: Be highly experienced in all aspects of branded content storytelling, rather than pure advertising.
  • End-to-End Creative Process: Have expertise in the end-to-end creative process, including creative direction, concept development, and production.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas in a compelling manner to build acceptance and support.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Have a strategic and creative approach to problem-solving, with a proven record of working successfully with cross-functional groups both internally and externally in fast-paced environments with changing direction.
