About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in Barcelona. As a leader in creative strategy, you will play a critical role in defining our creative direction and strategy, conceiving and executing campaigns, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute creative strategies that drive business results and brand growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands' needs and consumer attitudes and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omnichannel creative strategies and next best action planning.
  • Partner with the Head of Global Brand & Creative to fully realize industry-shaping creative that will live in long-form film, digital editorial, and social content.
  • Develop and maintain a finely tuned aesthetic vision and craft application with high design sensibility.
Requirements
  • 8 years of senior creative brand strategy experience in agency or in-house creative studio environments.
  • Experience with global cultural impact brands.
  • Highly experienced in all aspects of branded content storytelling rather than pure advertising.
  • Creative expertise in creation as an end-to-end process.
  • Ability to creatively direct all work, ensuring best-in-class work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas in a compelling manner.
  • Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional groups both internally and externally in fast-paced environments with changing direction.
