Join Our Team as a Creative Strategy Director

eDreams ODIGEO is a leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest e-commerce businesses in Europe. Our four renowned online travel agency brands – eDreams, GO Voyages, Opodo, Travellink, and the metasearch engine Liligo – serve over 20 million customers annually across 44 markets.

We are looking for a Creative Strategy Director to be part of our Marketing team. As a leader, you will be responsible for defining our creative direction and strategy, conceiving and executing campaigns, producing creative assets, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a critical role in defining our creative direction and strategy
  • Conceive and execute campaigns, produce creative assets, and develop ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life
  • Support the Head of Global Brand & Creative to fully realise industry-shaping creative that will live in longform film, digital editorial, and social content
  • Position our brands to be distinct and meaningful in the minds of customers
  • Partner across the company to develop a deep understanding of our brands' needs, leverage insights that solve strategic problems, and evangelise for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of senior creative brand strategy experience in agency or in-house creative studios environments
  • Experience with global cultural-impact brands
  • Highly experienced in all aspects of branded content storytelling, rather than pure advertising Creative
  • Ability to creative direct all work, whether through external production agencies, freelance vendors, or internal production resources

If you have a deep understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours, and can develop strategic thinking and creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns and creative work, we want to hear from you.
