We're seeking a seasoned Creative Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in Barcelona (hybrid). As a leader in creative strategy, you'll play a critical role in defining our brand's direction and shaping the future of travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results and enhance our brand's reputation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative campaigns and content that resonate with our audience
  • Lead the development of brand positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative work is always cutting-edge
What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years of experience in senior creative brand strategy roles, preferably in agency or in-house creative studios environments
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas in a compelling manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
