About the Role
Visionary Leader for Value Optimization

At Wellhub Inc., we're looking for a Senior Manager, Value Optimization to spearhead our pricing strategy and drive revenue growth across Europe. As a key member of our Value Management team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to increase profitability while enabling growth in Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, Romania, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Pricing Strategy

* Develop, execute, and track short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase growth, profitability, and gross profit on all pricing plans, backed by thorough analytical analysis.
* Design, implement, and measure the impact of other initiatives to maximize consumer revenue, including special offers like free trials, incentive credits, and upgrades.
* Work with Operations teams to define internal processes for quickly implementing margin optimization initiatives, including price and plan guidelines.
* Collaborate with Product teams to develop profitability enabler features, such as pre-paid plans.
* Design experiments to test prices and offers, leveraging elasticity of demand, statistical significance, control groups, and more.

Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience

* 3+ years of experience in a high-paced environment, preferably in management consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth startups, or similar.
* Proven track record of driving insights and making decisions based on data.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill and summarize complex ideas succinctly.
* Experience with attribution models and A/B testing, as well as pricing experience in two-sided platform businesses.
* Python and SQL skills are a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle pressure, and meet targets in a hyper-growth environment, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
* Strong sense of ownership, determination, and a growth mindset.
