Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Treasury Director to oversee all treasury operations in specified regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that align with our Corporate goal to maximize profit through efficient cash utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of regional daily cash position, banking activity, and banking relationships
  • Collaboration with legal, tax, and accounting teams to manage global cash movement and repatriation
  • Management of foreign currency positions
  • Assistance with regional financing and investing opportunities
  • Management of cash forecasting models in coordination with regional finance teams
  • Streamlining of workflows and maintenance of global financial policies/procedures
  • Management of regional treasury team
  • Oversight of regional insurance program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in global treasury and risk management
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships and trust across the organization
