Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Treasury Director to oversee all treasury operations in specified regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that align with our Corporate goal to maximize profit through efficient cash utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of regional daily cash position, banking activity, and banking relationships
- Global cash movement and repatriation in collaboration with legal, tax, and accounting teams
- Manage foreign currency positions
- Assist with regional financing and investing opportunities
- Manage cash forecasting models in coordination with regional finance teams
- Streamline workflows and maintain global financial policies/procedures
- Manage regional treasury team
- Oversight of regional insurance program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in global treasury and risk management
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- High level of project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to build relationships and trust across the organization
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Shows a positive attitude, even through adversity
