About the Role
Berry Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join its EMEA Treasury team. As a key member of the team, you will report to the Global Treasury Director and be based in the company's Center of Excellence in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement liquidity and funding solutions within the EMEA region, working on live projects to drive business growth.
- Oversee regional daily cash position, banking activity, and banking relationships, ensuring seamless cash management.
- Collaborate with the legal, tax, and accounting teams to facilitate cash movement and repatriation.
- Support local teams in implementing Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Factoring programs, driving efficiency and profitability.
- Manage foreign currency positions, minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Global Treasury Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, with a strong background in project management.
- Desirable experience in treasury management systems (TMS) such as Kyriba.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels and from different fields.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a team player mindset.
