About the Role:
Berry Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join its EMEA Treasury team. The successful candidate will report to the Global Treasury Director and be based in the company's Center of Excellence in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of cash management and banking relationships within the EMEA region.
- Develop and implement initiatives to maximize profit through efficient cash utilization.
- Collaborate with the team to oversee regional daily cash position, banking activity, and banking relationships.
- Support local teams with the implementation of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Factoring programs.
- Manage foreign currency positions and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience in treasury management systems (TMS) such as Kyriba is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to deliver results.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
