The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated ALM Treasury Manager to help build up our European banking operations. As a key member of our Finance team, you'll be responsible for implementing a Funds Transfer Process (FTP) mechanism to reward deposit generation and charge the marginal cost of funding to new asset origination.

You'll also be analyzing the drivers of the Net Interest Margin (NIM) and developing approaches to stabilize future earnings. Additionally, you'll help draft and enforce ALM policies and standards, provide input into the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), and act as a Subject Matter Expert on ALM matters with the business.

As a Treasury Manager, you'll work closely with the Technology teams to drive improvements in the ALM process, including automation, real-time data, and Management Information (MI). You'll also prepare and present ALM-MI to the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO).

Requirements
  • 3+ years of treasury management experience
  • Technical knowledge of SQL and Python
  • A structural and logical approach to solving problems
  • Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
  • Experience within a fast-growing organization
  • A high motivation and a focus on delivery
