Job Description

The role of Treasury Manager at seQura involves building and managing our treasury function to optimize cash flow and liquidity, ensuring financial stability and growth while maintaining accurate accounting practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor and control cash inflow and outflow to meet business plans;
    • Identify and address cash flow discrepancies;
    • Develop and update short- and long-term cash forecasts;
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and deliver treasury reports (reconciled cash balances, cash flow statements, cash projections, etc.);
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cash management effectiveness;
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with finance colleagues to manage cash position and reporting;
    • Assist other teams with monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc requests;
  • System Development and Optimization:
    • Develop strategies to build systems and integrations for reliable cash flow statements and forecasts;
    • Optimize the company's cash position;
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards;
    • Resolve issues related to foreign currency exchange;
    • Safeguard, verify, and control all cash assets;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Accounting and at least 5+ years of experience in cash management, preferably in a fintech or financial institution. Additionally, you should have experience working with accounting or cash management applications, be proactive, self-motivated, and have excellent relationship management skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Other benefits include:
