Job Title: Affiliate Manager

At International People Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing and developing affiliate accounts, and launching new campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and prospect new affiliates to onboard and develop existing relationships
  • Manage and maintain affiliate accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution
  • Launch new campaigns and monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Manage finance and accounts payable for partners, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to affiliates on campaign optimization and strategy
Requirements:
  • Strong affinity with online performance marketing and a good understanding of online sales and marketing
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a natural talent for building strong relationships
  • Analytical and accurate, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in affiliate marketing for a network
  • Fluent in English and based in Barcelona
  • Love for problem solving and creative thinking, with a hard worker and ambitious mindset
