About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Seller Engagement Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our Selling Partners, ensuring they have a seamless and compliant experience on our platforms. You will be the first point of contact for our Sellers, providing guidance and support on all aspects of selling on Amazon, including sustainability compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in English and German, with a strong understanding of global e-commerce and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the escalation of Sellers' issues.
  • Maintain acceptable performance metrics, such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1 level).
  • Previous working experience in a customer service/contact center environment.
  • Computers & Internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
  • Business acumen in areas of global e-commerce and retail.
  • Good data analysis skills.
  • Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Process improvement awareness and experience.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
