Seller Engagement Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Seller Engagement Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional written and oral communication to Amazon Selling Partners.
- Offer prompt and efficient service, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light.
- Utilize excellent time-management skills, working independently and leveraging departmental resources.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, aiding team members with difficult contacts.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions.
Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, guiding Selling Partners through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will engage with Sellers in different countries via phone and email, utilizing various internal tools. You will also work with internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to enhance the seller experience.
