Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients' sales and field marketing teams to manage inbound leads and develop strategic account plans.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to set up qualified appointments and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to qualify and nurture opportunities.
- Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates and business reviews.
- Continuously learn competitive products and increase market knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
- Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
- Fixed schedule, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, CET.
