About the Role

Are you passionate about technology and possess excellent communication and organizational skills? We're looking for a talented Outbound Business Development Representative to join our team at SupportYourApp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients' sales and field marketing teams to manage inbound leads and develop strategic account plans.
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to set up qualified appointments and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to qualify and nurture opportunities.
  • Participate in quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates and business reviews.
  • Continuously learn competitive products and increase market knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
  • Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
