Job Summary

The Contract Management Specialist/Trade Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and promoting products to enhance cooperation with customers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical market analysis to support the business and develop integrated strategies with Cargo traders.
  • Set up and monitor daily trading strategies for bunker contracts and spot enquiries.
  • Manage basis and premium risks in coordination with the supply chain.
  • Establish and monitor quoting procedures, including validity, volume tolerances, and cancellations.
  • Promote and quote term contracts, leveraging a strong understanding of structured products offered by Peninsula.

Requirements:

  • Business-level English language proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to express key information to facilitate decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Desirable:
