Job Summary

A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Service Delivery Lead to join their Finance Shared Service Structure in Madrid. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring service levels delivered by the Group SSC Functional Leads to the Group Operating Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service interactions, conduct quality assessments, and drive improvements to ensure adherence to SLAs and alignment to the Group Target Operating Model.
  • Manage and resolve escalations, maintaining the highest level of customer service while developing lasting customer relationships within the SSC and Operating Companies.
  • Direct and coordinate the global strategy of the SSC organization, ensuring alignment with the Global Target Operating Model and adherence to set processes, Company Policies and Procedures, and Internal Control compliance.
  • Assess, suggest, and outline improvements to optimize automation and efficiency, collaborating with the SSC Managing Partner, Function Leads, and wider global SSC team.
  • Ensure the country SSC provides a best-in-class quality of customer service to its serviced operating companies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multinational environment managing and monitoring service levels delivered in the finance department or similar.
  • Excellent English level is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvements and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
