Job Description Summary

As a Marketing Specialist Junior at GE Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing plans, identifying opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributing to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. You will optimize commercial execution through the development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. You will execute within a well-defined sales/commercial framework, following a step-by-step sequence of standard tasks to achieve an end result. Your work will be subject to tight oversight, which may be in the form of human or systems checking. You may be responsible for supporting targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small sales territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the development of marketing plans.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Implementation of company processes: POs, ASTs, and follow up of MKT budget with the support of MKT Specialists and FMM.
  • Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Help to organize sales and MKT events both for customers and sales teams, doing the follow-up of the events and arranging all the logistics to ensure a successful event.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or a high school diploma/GED with some experience in Sales.
  • Spanish skills and English at a medium level required.
  • Advanced experience with Agora & Veeva.
  • Background in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Marketing experience.
  • EU work permit.
