We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support the Iberia Marketing department in driving strategic campaigns across product, service, promotion, events, and digital platforms. As a Marketing Assistant, you will maintain and update the Cambridge English website using Tridion, coordinate marketing content for newsletters, blogs, and product campaigns, and support promotional activities and contribute to marketing content creation. You will also organize market research, analyze trends, and liaise with external customers/agencies, manage the monitoring of campaigns with key retailers like Amazon, and collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technology) and external partners (exam centers, distributors) to deliver impactful marketing solutions.

About You:
You are a results-driven marketing professional with a BSc or MA in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field, proficiency in B2 First/C1 English and native fluency in Spanish (C2), strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, a passion for collaboration, empowerment, and driving innovation within a diverse global network, and experience in the education sector and familiarity with CUPA digital products are highly desirable.
