Marketing Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand success in Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social media, including Facebook Ads and mobile social campaigns, and be fluent in Russian and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.

• Develop, optimize, and scale campaigns for various brands, ensuring ROAS targets are met.

• Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and other approaches to improve the performance of app-based campaigns (both Android and iOS).

• Regularly evaluate campaign performance metrics and KPIs to gauge success and ensure they align with business goals.

• Manage the entire creative process, including User-Generated Content (UGC).

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Russian (both spoken and written) and fluent in English (C1+ level).

• A degree in Marketing or a related field is highly advantageous.

• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media, particularly with Facebook Ads and mobile social campaigns.

• Previous experience in Forex, Fintech, Financial Services, or Marketing Agencies.
