About the Job

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team in the Southern Europe market. This key role will directly impact long-term business results by executing product and marketing initiatives for one of our top strategic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development, execution, and measurement of Marketing Plans and Brand strategies.
  • Coordinate product launches with internal teams, managing claims development with legal teams, packaging changes with Packaging Leader, new product development with Product Design team, etc.
  • Conduct market analysis, support financial planning, define strategies, etc.
  • Project management of marketing plans and actions: Plan promotional actions, develop promotional materials and resources, develop briefings and presentations with external agencies, etc.
  • Development of marketing contents: claims, digital contents, sales presentations, product trainings, etc.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG – Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and market analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in creating commercial materials and promoting products in competitive markets.
  • B2 as English Level.
