About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Lead Developer to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our technical delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the development of SAP solutions and ensuring the successful implementation of technical changes.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining SAP applications, including ABAP developments and enhancements on the SAP solution. You will work closely with the technical and functional delivery teams to identify solution changes required to resolve issues and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of SAP solutions, including ABAP developments and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the technical and functional delivery teams to identify solution changes required to resolve issues.
  • Develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers and technical teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on SAP development tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with peers to consult on incidents, changes, and projects as required.
  • Ensure the successful maintenance of SAP, including the provision of functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to the Business community.
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced SAP Technical Lead Developer who possesses a deep understanding of SAP development tools and best practices. You will have a strong background in ABAP language and SAP development tools, with experience in customizing and development concepts of ReadSoft Process Director, Web Application, Email Based Approval, ReadSoft INVOICES, and Mobile App.

You will also have experience with in-/outbound interfaces to/from other systems, such as AIF, and exposure to accounting experience (FI-AR) within an SAP environment. Additionally, you will have familiarity with best practice interface technologies within a SAP environment and be able to architect changes or enhancements to interfaces as required.
