Slovenian Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Slovenian customer service representative to join our team. As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following set processes via email and phone.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Contract Details:
- 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with available shifts from 15:00 to 23:00.
- Temporary contract with opportunities for growth and development.
