Power Generation Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Power Generation Field Service Technician to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a key member of our Distribution Business Segment, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently diagnose and repair complex issues with generators and components to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through courteous and professional interactions, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs promptly, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service and positive customer experiences.
  • Utilize specialized tools and follow procedures to diagnose and repair issues, showcasing technical skills and ensuring high-quality repairs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities to prevent future issues and ensure the reliability and longevity of power generation products.
  • Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of power generation equipment, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice Certified Power Generation/Mechanical Technician (Preferred)
  • Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
  • Locally valid driving permit
  • Medium English level
  • Medium level field service work experience
  • Previous experience in the industrial field, generating sets, diesel mechanics, or a related field
