About the Role

As an Area Manager at Amazon UK Services Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals to drive safety, quality, and productivity across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a culture of safety and wellbeing within your team
  • Analyse and improve processes to maintain high-quality and productivity standards
  • Oversee projects to streamline operations and increase customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
A Day in the Life

You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on driving a culture of safety and quality. Your day will be varied, including routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, and process improvement initiatives.

About the Team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.
