Area Manager

Amazon is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Area Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations network, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one, driving progress, and striving for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team or process in one of the following areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship.
- Work at one of our Delivery Stations, improving the efficiency of delivery processes and ensuring customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards one.
- Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed.
- Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
