Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for overseeing all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a focus on Global Operations.
Your main stakeholders will include our COO and her direct reports at Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub. You'll set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion.
- Proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Partner with business units to drive engagement focus.
- Support leaders and their teams in fostering ED&I at TheFork.
- Closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for over 7 years.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong HR foundation and consultative approach.
- Curiosity to understand business objectives and how teams must be organized and operate to deliver on them.
- Fast learner with a growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to diverse stakeholders.
- Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
We offer a competitive fixed salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
