We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our facilities management team in the Zamora area (Castilla y León). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in supervising, controlling, and forecasting costs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and control the construction process, from planning to project acceptance.
- Forecast costs and manage budgets for different units and the overall project.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
**Requirements:**
- Technical training in construction management or a related field.
- Industrial Engineering training is highly valued.
- Knowledge of renewable energy installations is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and project management software.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
