Job Title: Website Developer

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer to join our team at MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. As a Website Developer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement designs for new websites and update existing sites to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Update website content monthly, including speaker bios, messaging, videos, and images, to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
  • Apply SEO principles to write meta descriptions and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Maximize website quality by ensuring proper display, links, and metatags.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the website.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to incorporate new online courses and products on our website.
  • Manage and maintain email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience.
  • Assist with website hosting and resolve any support issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Website Developer.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content.
  • Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience to drive business growth.
  • Superior research and analytical skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • SEO strategy expertise to improve website visibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the team.
