Sales Director

Blu Selection is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Recruit and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring their onboarding, training, and management.
- Identify and cultivate key client relationships, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Full fluency in English, with professional proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, German, or Dutch) a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Excellent sales skills, highly energetic and personable, with a deep understanding of sales.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
