About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Parques Reunidos. As a key member of our digital office, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Digital Office Budget Process
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive budget process for digital transformation and IT operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external administration teams to manage day-to-day budget execution and ensure timely approvals.
Manage Digital/IT New Projects Pipeline
  • Coordinate new digital and IT projects, working closely with business counterparts, management, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a project pipeline, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and strategic objectives.
GenAI Processes Automation
  • Lead the initiative to identify processes for automation, leveraging GenAI technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Assess current automation tools and market offerings to inform automation strategy and implementation.
  • Develop detailed functional use cases and technical plans to execute automations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • University degree in Engineering, STEM fields, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or tech consulting, high-performing tech environments, or large corporations in digital or transformation areas.
    • Proven experience in delivering change through tech or digital transformation projects or day-to-day operations within dynamic organizations.
  • Languages
    • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Computer Skills
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
    • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and GenAI tech stack highly valued.
    • Automation tools experience (Power Automate, etc.) highly valued.
  • Others
    • Analytical mindset and modeling skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Leadership and ability to work with limited supervision.
    • High level of initiative and decision-making skills.
    • Common/business sense.
