About the Role

Parques Reunidos, a leading leisure park operator, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Office Budget Process: Oversee the preparation, approval, and execution of the Digital Transformation and IT budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate External Administration: Collaborate with external teams to manage day-to-day budget execution and provide analysis to support prioritization of digital investments.
  • Support Chief Digital Officer: Assist in preparing analysis to inform digital strategy and investment decisions, and coordinate the execution of the Digital Strategy Roadmap.
  • Manage Digital/IT Projects Pipeline: Lead the coordination of new digital and IT projects, ensuring requests are documented, presented to management for prioritization, and monitored for execution.
  • GenAI Processes Automation: Support the initiative to identify processes for automation, assess feasibility, and implement technical plans to execute automations.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Engineering, STEM fields, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or tech consulting, high-performing tech environments, or large corporations in digital or transformation areas.
  • Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT), programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and Gen AI tech stack, automation tools, and analytical mindset.
