About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our Digital Hub Madrid, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digitalization efforts and driving innovation in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of digital solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill employees in digital technologies.
  • Participate in the development of business cases and proposals for digital initiatives.
  • Support the establishment of B2C-like online buying experiences via state-of-the-art commerce channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and experience in extra-curricular activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
