About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist in Industrial IoT. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digitalization of our operations and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data integration solutions using in-house software and external products
  • Develop and consult on OT-related applications based on cloud technologies for the entire BASF group
  • Support software development practices, actively participate in market observation and technology scouting for data integration, software engineering, design patterns, Big Data stream processing, and IoT
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and deploy scalable and flexible infrastructure for data integration
Requirements
  • Finishing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Positive learning spirit and a growth mindset
  • Experience in any programming language (Java, Python, Powershell, C#) is a plus
