Transform Customer Experiences

You'll play a crucial role in our sales cycle by identifying and qualifying leads, as well as initiating contact with potential customers. As a Sales Representative - Multilingual Business Growth Specialist at TTEC, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Spanish and English to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Qualify leads and initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, outbound prospecting, and social media engagement.
  • Bilateral communication skills in Spanish and English to articulate value propositions and build rapport with prospects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with leads, assess their needs, and determine potential opportunities.
  • Able to work collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Proficient in utilizing sales development tools and CRM systems to track progress and optimize performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years of applied sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead qualification, generating new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Strong understanding of customer pain points, objections, and positioning solutions to effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
