Currently, we are seeking a Client Security Service Manager to become an integral part of our esteemed Security Iberia team.
Key Responsibilities:
SOC Leadership: Direct the operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to meet client expectations. Oversight of Managed Services: Actively supervise and evaluate outsourced security services to guarantee they provide value, adhere to quality standards, and meet delivery timelines. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding security services, ensuring proactive and transparent communication. Value Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to augment client value through innovative solutions and service delivery improvements. SLA Monitoring: Maintain and validate controls/KPIs to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, preparing SLA reports for stakeholder visibility. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships between DXC cybersecurity teams and service providers to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Incident and Change Oversight: Ensure adherence to ITIL and agile best practices in all service processes, including incident, change, and problem management. Service Quality Improvement: Implement and oversee improvement initiatives aligned with DXC standards, ensuring ongoing enhancement of service quality. Escalation Management: Efficiently handle escalations to resolve issues promptly and maintain service excellence. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive service reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for enhancement. Client Advisory: Provide consultancy services to clients, addressing their security needs and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our offerings.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Over 5 years of experience in security and IT management. Relevant certifications in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. Professional qualifications in cybersecurity and project management. Proven track record in leading and coordinating technical projects in areas such as SIEM, SOC, VM, Hunting, Forensics, and Cyber Intelligence. Experience managing both internal and client-facing services. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships. Demonstrated capability to drive service enhancements and deliver high-value outcomes for clients. Experience in applied security research. Background in applied cryptography, mathematics, or computer science. Knowledge of application security threat modeling and source code review.What We Offer:
