We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at DiXiO. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and supporting the sales process.

In this role, you will work closely with our Business Development executive to identify and create new business opportunities, nurture and expand existing client relationships, and monitor market changes to effectively target opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
  • Monitoring market changes, competition, and client needs to effectively target opportunities
  • Assisting the Business Development executive in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies
  • Participating in the follow-up phase to ensure successful deal closures

Requirements:

  • Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or business development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
