Job Title: Sales Enablement Expert for Channel Inside Sales

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Expert to join our Channel Inside Sales Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the current business for the Channel Inside Sales Organization and serving as the expert to the Channel Inside Sales Organization from the supplier for extremely complex information regarding product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the current business for the Channel Inside Sales Organization
  • Develop and execute 4P planning and execution during the quarter
  • Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth
  • Achieve assigned quota for HP products, services, and software
  • Focus on the overachievement of HP growth initiatives' performance
  • Actively engage with HP Market, Hubs, and Cluster Channel sales managers
  • Secure the right Knowledge Management in the Channel Inside Sales Organization
Requirements:
  • University or Bachelor's degree
  • Typically 8-12 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
  • Experience selling to partners in a complex environment
  • Experience managing an Inside Sales Organization or BPO will be considered a plus
  • Poly knowledge will be considered a plus
