Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at our outlet in Las Roca. As a Sales Consultant, you will be our ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and delivering a personalized luxury experience to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and building customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development
  • Actively participating in trainings to support new products introduction
  • Helping maintain the shop floor, assisting with VM, stock management, and replenishment

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Proven experience in driving sales and meeting targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong focus on clientelling
  • Digital attitude
  • Excellent standing and attention to grooming
  • Passion for Fashion and luxury-goods
  • Strong team player, results driven, and proactive
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages would be a plus
