Job Summary
The HR Business Partner is a key role within the Vodafone organization, responsible for delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.
This role will ensure alignment and successful collaboration with critical internal stakeholder groups, including local and global HR teams, to drive business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide HR business partnering to Digital Sales Marketing_VOIS within the Business_VOIS Service Line.
- Support other HR Business Partners, partnering with members of the leadership team.
- Input into and support the execution of the people and organizational plans with a focus on employee relations, organization effectiveness, talent management, resourcing, coaching, and building leadership capabilities.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
- Act as the local _VOIS SPOC for all HR activities in Valencia, also supporting the HR team in VOIS Spain.
- Support local teams working closely with Employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, and recruitment.
- Support business managers in defining, developing, and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.
- Ensure that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies priorities.
- Identify people or process trends, suggest improvements, and ensure that the business function adheres to the delivery of the agreed HR agenda.
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience
- Business understanding
- HR experience; generalist and/or specialist
- Strong relationship building, influencing, communication coaching skills
- Analytical, intellectual capacity and desire to learn very quickly
- Experience of working in a global, cross-country, matrix organization
