Your Remote Tech Recruiter is partnering with a leading Software Consultancy to recruit experienced Software Sales professionals for their growing hub in Barcelona, Spain. This is a key part of their strategy in Spain, and we're looking for talented individuals to join their team.
About the Role
We're seeking experienced Sales Team Leads to join their new Barcelona-based hub. Each Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Sales Account Managers, with a focus on people management, strategy, relationship management, KPI analysis, and target setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of quotas and drive performance
- Manage sales budgets and quotas
- Use data and KPIs to drive performance
- Win and manage customers in the Tech/SaaS space
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage sales teams and provide coaching and guidance
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and experience in sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing sales budgets and quotas
- Experience using sales management technology, including Salesforce and Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
What We Offer
In return, you'll have the opportunity to take up a key strategic role within their Spanish expansion, with a base salary up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. Commission is uncapped, so over-performance will be recognized.
Working Arrangements
Applicants will be required to be on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week, but they do operate a hybrid working model with home working included.
