Overview

As a Key Account Strategist at ZF, you will be responsible for driving incremental profitability by establishing a comprehensive portfolio of preferred and reliable partners. Your focus will be on identifying key account strategies, pain points, and compelling events, and developing targeted customer action plans to address these while generating revenue growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing key account plans, identifying global customers' strategies, key priorities, pain points, and compelling events, and translating these into sales operating plan objectives for the key account. They will also establish positive contacts at various relevant levels of the customer organization within the country of HQ, plan and execute marketing and sales activities to implement sales funnels for relevant product and service portfolios, and lead all negotiations with customers.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need great relationship management and negotiation skills, a willingness and ability to interact with all relevant levels of the customer organization, financial acumen and business management skills, intercultural awareness and sensitivity, leadership qualities to involve colleagues efficiently, an interest in heavy vehicle technology and transport industry, and good business management skills through systems such as SAP and PBI.
