About the Role

Candee, a talent consultancy specialized in digital marketing, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our new aparthotel openings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the launch of new aparthotel schemes, collaborating with the marketing manager and sales team.
  • Define and oversee the social media strategy, creating and approving content to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage the CRM strategy through Hubspot, responsible for creating and writing content, designing it, managing distribution, and measuring email marketing campaign results.
  • Focus on content creation, developing compelling content for marketing materials such as the website or brochures.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure visual and written materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute launch events and promotional activities to generate buzz and attract potential guests and partners.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent and effective.
  • Stay updated on trends and changes in consumer behavior within the hospitality sector.
  • Track and report regularly on marketing actions and campaigns, identifying improvement areas for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, and/or Audiovisuals.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of the Madrid area and local market is a plus.
