About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Uponor. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain high-quality marketing assets, including videos, images, and written content.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and maintain our marketing asset portfolio, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on communications and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of commitment and flexibility.
