Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Werfenlife Sa. in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively inform, educate, and engage targeted audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the global communications team to execute key global initiatives in Spain and Portugal.
  • Support the creation and production of promotional materials, digital solutions, and event-related content.
  • Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all aspects of events run smoothly and align with the communication strategy.
  • Develop and customize HubSpot solutions to automate marketing and communication processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a communication or events department or division within the Healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messages for various communication channels.
