Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our Marketing Excellence team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing content strategies that engage customers and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation and Distribution: Assist in the development of creative visuals, copywriting for websites, social media posts, sales and marketing collateral, and translations in collaboration with specialized vendors.
  2. Content Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with the omnichannel and product marketing teams, as well as other stakeholders, to deliver relevant content throughout the customer journey for online and offline touchpoints.
  3. Content Review and Management: Support the legal and regulatory review process of assets and manage creative and designs in line with Boston Scientific's brand standards.
  4. Content Analysis and Optimization: Monitor KPIs and perform content analysis to optimize and ensure the effectiveness of content.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills (Native or C1).
  3. Technical Skills: Previous experience with Excel is a plus, as well as relevant experience in marketing communications.
  4. Soft Skills: Ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and monitor projects; highly organized with good project management and planning skills; knowledge of SEO and content production for various digital, social media, and other channels.
