Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create and execute communication plans that effectively inform, educate, and engage targeted audiences.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting: Develop and execute communication campaigns, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute events, from small-scale internal meetings to large public events.
  • Marketing and Business Support: Develop and customize marketing solutions to automate marketing and communication processes.
  • Networking and Key Relationships: Develop and leverage relationships within and across work groups to achieve results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a communication or events department or division within the healthcare sector.
  • Skills and Capabilities:
    • Video Production and Editing: Proficient in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
    • Content Creation and Copywriting: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive messages for various communication channels.
    • Event Planning and Coordination: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, from small-scale internal meetings to large public events.
  • Other Skills:
    • Proactive and Problem-Solving: Highly proactive, with a solid ability to anticipate needs and independently drive projects from concept to completion.
    • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and environments.
    • Social Media Savvy: Interest in social media trends (LinkedIn) will be appreciated.
